I joined Club Med in 2002 and I immediately realised how happy I was to be part of an internationally known company present worldwide. I love my job as Club Med Voyage Sales Adviser as I sell dreams, escapism and happiness: my profession allows me to talk about holidays all day long and that's very pleasant. In addition, you feel that you are travelling with the customers!

My work consists in welcoming customers and satisfying customer demand. To do that, I need to question them, listen to them and guide them towards an ideal destination. We offer our customers a very varied range of products, it is therefore important to give them the right advice. My mission also involves developing and encouraging customer loyalty. My job requires me to be receptive, have a pronounced taste for challenges, take initiatives but also be rigorous, organised and have good geographical knowledge.

Club Med has allowed me to open more to others. I have overcome my shyness thanks to the relations I have forged with my customers. I have learned to go towards other people and I now am more self-confident. I would now like to pad out my professional and human experience in another function, while remaining at Club Med.
