I have always been attracted to the tourist industry, more precisely Club Med. I discovered this company during my different work placements. After an initial experience in an auditing firm, I joined the Club as a Junior Internal Auditor. Then I joined the German office for two years where I was Administrative & Financial Manager. Then I returned to Paris to work at Head Office at Club Med and was appointed Management Controller.
My main missions consist in managing budgets, monitoring projects' administrative management, ensuring reliability of financial data and acting as support to the Construction Department. To succeed in this position, you need to be organised, determined, proactive, not take things for granted and have continuous control of what you do.
Club Med made a real impact on my life, both from a professional and personal point of view. The company very quickly showed its trust in me and I rapidly became autonomous. Furthermore, the Club opened up the doors to management for me. I met a lot of very different people and these meetings were very enriching! Once I was shy. Now I am a more open woman.
In short, working at Club Med means working in a convivial company In addition to managing exciting projects, working in good conditions and in a favourable atmosphere gives me a motivating boost every day; I would like to continue to evolve within the company and take advantage of the opportunity of a new international move.
