Human Resources Manager (M/F)


  • Guarantee the respect of the legal and social obligations
  • Guarantor of policy setting and adherence for all Human Resources management in resort
  • Ensure all the administration concerning the personnal (pay, contract…) and optimize payroll
  • Drive and manage the integration procedures, evaluate and identify future potentials
  • Implement a policy of local recruitment
  • Accompany the managers in the management of their teams
  • Integrate your co-workers within the village’s team and identify their needs for training so as to help them to improve and gain in competence


  • Available and mobile for a period of minimum 12 months
  • Diploma in Human Resources mandatory
  • Experience and management in the function required
  • Computer skills required
  • Fluent in English is mandatory

Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
