Human Resources Assistant Manager (M/F)


  • Assistance of the HR Manager on administrative tasks, accountancy and internal control
  • Control staff's attendance/ scheduling process of other departments 
  • Ensure accuracy/validity and manage the administrative and logistics files of employees (payroll, contract, work permit, housing, uniforms)
  • Respect legal and social obligations, maintain social relations
  • Assist with local recruitment
  • Stand-by duties during the absence of HR manager



  • Availability and mobility for a periode of 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in Human Resources mandatory
  • Experience in the function required
  • Computer skills required
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
