Restaurant Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Put forward the catering service by creating a personalized relation to the clients (quality of the welcome and the service in the restaurant)
  • Organize and coordinate your team members by giving them seasonal goals as well as supervise their attitude and working behaviour basing on Club Med standards
  • Participate in optimizing your service budgets by handling the expenses and improving the profitability so your service will be able to become a profit source
  • Make the restaurant warm and friendly, decorate the restaurant according to evening themes
  • Assure the development of your team members
  • Ensure the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedure
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry / catering preferred
  • Experience in management and/or organisation
  • English is mandatory, knowledge on other language is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese or French)

Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with Club Mediterranée .
