Assistant Boutique Manager (M/F)


  • Assure the well-operation and the daily opening as well as closing of the cash till
  • Ensure the reception of merchandise, the transfers and return of merchandise to suppliers
  • Manage the orders of local purchases
  • Prepare and supervise the inventories
  • Check the boutique Log Book (daily following- up and monthly checking) in collaboration with the finance service
  • Participate in the organization of Boutique events (fashion show, clearance sales, promotions…)
  • Ensure the respect of Club Med standards in merchandising
  • Manage a sale team (2 to 10 members) when the manager’s absent


  • Availability for international mobility from 12 months minimum
  • Retail experience is a must
  • Computer skills required
  • Experience in the function and management mandatory
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages (French, Mandarin or Korean) is a plus

Seasonal contract. Possibility to advance to a position as Club Med Boutique Manager in a short time. Accommodation and meals provided by the Club and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
