Public Relation Coordinator / Front Desk Agent (M/F)

Missions

  • Being the representative for Mandarin/Japanese/Korean - speaking guests
  • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Cash-box
  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part to cultural events of his/her own guest population
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry or hospitality preferred
  • Working experience at hospitality industry or customer service is an advantage
  • Mother tongue has to be Mandarin/Japanese/Korean with English ability
