Welcome and Services Supervisor (M/F)

Missions

  • Represent the Luxury by Club Med with the clients and teams
  • Put in place « the welcome at the reception » according to what was defined by the services management
  • Gather and coordinate the team around one objective, attitude and behavior appropriate with the Luxurious range offered in Club Med
  • Being capable of supplying the clients with what they need and want so as to spend an enjoyable stay (excursions, taxis, spa, good contacts, recommendations…)
  • Ensure a discreet and personalized service
  • Guarantee good relations with the clients and reinforce the culture and the uniqueness of Club Med spirit
  • Guarantee the application of Club Med standards of quality, apply hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of the heritage in relation with the hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge
  • Drive the economic results of the reception service (respecting the budgets)
  • Optimize the local sales of the reception service (meals, B&B, different services)
  • Give ideas for the evolution of the Luxurious service in your department

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 5 to 8 months
  • Diploma in Hotel, catering and a school diploma of head porter required
  • Experience in the function as well as in the management of a team required
  • Fluent French mandatory, another foreign language a plus
