Restaurant and Bar Supervisor (M/F)

Missions

  • Represent luxury by Club Med for the costumers and teams
  • Emphasize the service "bar and restauration" by establishing a personalized relation with the customers (quality of the welcome and the service)
  • Oversee and lead the teams appointed to the room service, to the swimming pool service and in the service of drinks within the 5 Trident space
  • Federate and coordinate your teams around the objectives, the attitudes and the behavior appropriate to the Club Med
  • Contribute to optimize the budgets of your service by mastering your expenses and improving the profitability of your activity
  • Guarantee the quality of the services and watch the respect of hygiene and safety standards
  • Identify the needs in training of your co-workers to accompany their ascent in skills

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in Hotel Service required
  • Experience in this position necessary
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other language is a plus
