Mini Club Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Ensuring the respect of the club med standards as well as the hygiene and safety regulations
  • Responsibility for the development of creative and diversified events in your activity
  • Draft of the organization plan of your activity
  • Management of a Mini Club team
  • Responsibility for the further personal development of your team members by training and courses
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months
  • Childcare diploma required
  • Working experience in childcare supervision as well as in team management mandatory
  • CPR & First Aid preferred
  • Fluent French compulsory, another foreign language a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian)

Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
